christmas ... i have only money for one of these 2 books . westside -book of methods OR elitefts-basic trainingbook ... i lift raw , what should be my choice ??:confused:

Elitefts. It's a more basic lifting template. Westside is very specific and will be covered in the Basic Training Manual.

concur, Westside book of Methods is not the choice for the beginner

hmmm i am not a beginner .. i train 3-4 years with westside style ...ME, DE etc. 4 days a week , but for a good overview and i want a book .

Those are good or try Wendler's Three Days a Week E-book. It's supposed to be good for raw lifters.

I have the EFS manual and it's very good. Worth the money.

I have not seen the WSB Methods book so I can't comment.

That pretty much covers it, your better off with the EFS manual at this point.
