i wanna know about powerlifting training routine for beginner !
assistance training for increase squat lift
and main training for increase squat lift
where can i see that threads ?? :) i wanna be BIG !

Read some articles. They are all over the internet. No one is gonna give you a program without you doing some of your own research. This is a typical new guy thread. You ask a million questions about stuff that can be easily read about. Come back with more specific questions after you've read at least 100 articles on powerlifting.

You also might want to think about specializing in something to start with. Such as maybe smolov for squat, or if you are starting off with a good squat already, then maybe the all world deadlift program, or the coan/phillipi deadlift program, something like that, to really boost your numbers off the get go.
go through the journals of the big guys on the site. That should help.

Well, Rhodehouse didn't mention it but I advise you to read his article:
You also need to realize that being STRONG and being BIG, as you say you want to be, are not necessarily the same thing.
And if you are a beginner I suggest NOT trying to specialize in any one thing as it will ****** your progress in the other areas. You need to build a solid overall base. Read that article to start.
