I was watching Man Vs. Food and got this recipe.. more or less

Half a potatoe
3 eggs
2 strips of bacon
2 Tablespoons of chopped onions
5 pinches of salt (optional)
3 pinches of black pepper
Mozerella cheese

1. Boil 3 cups of water
2. Chop half potato into 1 inch cubes
3. Add potatos to boiling water, add salt if you want and wait a couple of minutes until the potato's become soft (you can test this by taking one piece out and seeing how easily it smashes)
4. Cut bacon into half-inch pieces as well as chop the onion into little pieces
5. Use the 3 eggs and whisk them in a bowl

Now with the cooking..

1. Add the bacon first so it gets the pan all greasy and good
2. Add the onions and let simmer for about a minute or two
3. Add the potatoes and then smash them with the bacon and onions
(If you were wondering why I said half a potato, this is where you find out why. The potato completely overwhelmed everything)

4. Now add the egg. Stir everything together and mold a huge ass pattie out of the mixture
5. Add salt and pepper
6. Let this bake for about 2 minutes a side

Now of course, you can try an entire potato, with 6 eggs.. but the ingredients I used filled an entire 10'' pan. So yes, it was a lot.

Instead of using half a potato because I didn't wanna keep a half potato in the cabinet; I used a whole potato and doubled the recipe. If you don't eat all of it it keeps good in the fridge just eat it the next day for breakfast or put it on bread for lunch.
