Got to the gym my usual late 9:30PM Thursday night and to my surprise some other friends had just gotten there to do a max upper day, so I worked with them. These guys for some reason like using the purple/light bands to do reverse bands so I just went with it. Did some benching, tri work with the 5 board, lats, shoulder work, more tris. I haven't been feeling my best because of this shoulder thing but it was a good workout. Needed a little help with 465 on the bench because I dumped it a bit. It was my fault, I've been taking the bar and starting too high, or close over my face, and it's screwing up my bar path.
