I tried today to get on my new V-type squatter but couldn't get it up high enough. After 30 minutes I threw on an old champion suit and tried to work up to 500. Here is 480 x 1. I have always had a problem of leaning too far forward in the hole and have been working on this. Any comments or advice appreciated. (I tried to video from the side but there is only a few feet of space.)

Man, how do you get your arms like that? Sometimes, I can barely get mine inside the weights and on the bar, LOL.

LOL. I always had a pretty narrow grip. Recently, I've been doing a lot of grip work and started doing dead hands for time... this (I think) has helped my shoulder flexibility. That and some basic stretching exercises.
