i was going to get some meal replacements from maximusce.com, as thats where i got my protein shake from, has anyone else used these and had good results

its 20 quid for twelve bars ..

if not can you recommend something else ... i hear met-rx bars are good, can someone give me a link to a site where i can buy them from ...

Do not ever ever ever ever buy anything from maximuscle - if you want to know why email or PM me I do not wish to get wannabebig.com in trouble.

As for MRP's personally I just use skim milk powder and protein powder to the ratios I want but pre-mixed I would go for Ny-Tro Pro, Met-RX, EAS - that is just my opinion though as I never buy MRP's.

Any of the EAS Myoplex products. I presently use Myoplex Mass (post workout) and Myoplex Deluxe (at bedtime). Works for me.

Ditto Myloplex. EAS has gotten it together with this stuff.
Buy it buy the case a supplement direct. Cut cost way down.
