Im A highschool lineman right now 260 pounds. Ive had jiff peanutbutter my whole life, about 2 years ago my mom said that it clogs your arteries as you eat it so she got maranotha organic no stir peanut butter. The jif tastes better and you dont have to refigerate it. Me and my dad and brother have jif but my mom uses the organic. im trying to get bigger and peanut butter is an essential part of that. should i go with the jif or organic, the organic doesnt taste as good and is refigerated so its hard to spread. Which one should i choose.

It doesn't matter. Go with the Jif if you think it tastes better.

I like Jiff as well; like other people said, it all depends on your tastes.

Yeah dude, stay with Jif. Their nutrient profiles are pretty similar, so there's not much benefit from eating the one you don't like.

Jiff has hydrogenated oils which not only harm your body, but make it harder for your body to utilize essential fats.

I find skippy natural peanut butter to taste just like regular peanut butter and its no stir and does not need refrigerated (I hope atleast).

if you just want to grow and put on muscle, jif will do the trick. but honestly the hydrogenated oils WILL mess you up in 40 years or so <_<

it's kinda like how people use the mcdonald's dollar menu for bulking: sure, you're getting bigger and stronger (and it's cheap!), but that doesn't change how incredibly unhealthy it is for you internally.

Absolutely. This is all I need.

It's not truly natural by definition but it's far better than any other "normal" peanut butter.

oh, and for the record, you can get fresh-ground peanut butter at most organic grocery stores (if you live in a decent sized city you probably have one around, even if you don't know it). it tastes much better than the organic kind that comes in a jar at your local logli, and it's probably more potent protein-wise (after all, it's pure 100% ground up peanuts with nothing added)
