I've been lifting weights for years but I have only started to take supplements recently.
If my goal is mainly to get stronger, but also to get bigger and have a smaller recovery time, what supplement is best for me?
I was looking at opticen and nitrean and could not decide which would be better if I had to choose one. I just started using ON 100% Whey for post workout, but the ALN products seems better and I do not know what to switch to. The only other supplement I use is a B vitamin complex.
Also, is it ok for me to only take protein post workout, or is that a mistake?
