I've been lifting weights for years but I have only started to take supplements recently.
If my goal is mainly to get stronger, but also to get bigger and have a smaller recovery time, what supplement is best for me?
I was looking at opticen and nitrean and could not decide which would be better if I had to choose one. I just started using ON 100% Whey for post workout, but the ALN products seems better and I do not know what to switch to. The only other supplement I use is a B vitamin complex.
Also, is it ok for me to only take protein post workout, or is that a mistake?

The best supplement for your goal is RESULTS, not a protein supplement.

Thank you. If Results allows me to achieve these goals, then are you saying I do not need a protein supplement at all? I thought protein was essential for building muscle. I obviously do not know as much as I should. Thanks again.

Supplemental protein can certainly be of benefit, but you get protein in nearly everything you eat and if you budget is tight RESULTS will do far more for you than any protein supplement.
