View Full Version : Help With Wraps!
Just got some Inzer wrist wraps for Xmas. Their medium size, and the red/black ones. I THINK I figured out how to put them on, but something still feels wrong. If someone could link me to a graphic instruction page or something that they know of, I'd appreciate it!
a good way to get them real tight is to put them on loosely, then unroll them onto the wrist of the other hand, and use that to really crank them down tight.

Here's a good vid from Mark Bell. Shows you a few different ways to wrap your wrists. Different wraps, same idea.

Are wrist wraps the sort of thing that I will only need if my wrists give me problems?
you are drunk ben.
and bf - i didnt need them until i had ligament impairments. then they started to hurt and i had to tape them, then i ordered some wraps instead.

I don't have any wrist issues. It just helps keep your wrist straight with heavy pressing so the bar stays above your forarm/elbow. A lot of times as it gets heavy people will bend their wrist back and they lose power as they aren't pressing directly into the bar anymore once that happens.
