very very lean, bulk up and u will be a beast
Positive Comments:
>>> You're very lean, and perfectly ready to bulk like crazy.
>>> Maybe it's just the pose, but your triceps look beastly.
>>> Your upper back looks well developed.
Criticisms:
>>> Your chest needs attention. Do chest flyes, DB press, and go a little wider on bench press, and all will be well.
>>> I can't tell for sure from these pictures, but it seems your forearms and lower back are lagging a bit behind the rest of your arms and back, respectively. Are you deadlifting?
>>> Don't forget to curl something, bro.

Word. You have very good definition... I would have guessed stronger lifts based on your physique. I think you def need to bulk a bit, and your lifts will surge...
Just redid my max lifts 2day:
Bench Increased a little - 215lbs
Good squat improvement - 330lbs
Didn't have time for my deadlift though.

Yeh good lad, that'll help. Also a good quality supplement would speed up the bulking up process
