I have a thread for a little contest a friend and I are having about who can get the most cut body in 6 months. What would be a good diet for me? I want to try to get up to 155-160 pounds before I start to cut though. Tom Mutaffis recommended to take in 1 gram of protein for every pound of body fat, so I have been eating 6 strips of bacon (24 grams) half gallon of skim milk (64 grams) 3 eggs (24 grams) and drinking a whey protein shake along with a good cut of meat at night.

A main goal of mine is to get some weight on me before I start cutting, so:

I'm going to change my dumbbell workouts to 5 sets of 5 reps at as much as I can do. Cut down on my running to twice a week. 4 sets of chin ups. 1 set of max rep sit ups every hour and a half spent awake. And push ups whenever I possibly can. I'm going to be purchasing a barbell and maybe a bench soon.

Any suggestions? :D
