I usually compete in a shirt but I was thinking of trying raw. I drove from Mass to the tourny in Wallingford CT and saw a cop bench 475 or something like that raw. What can I do to build my raw bench since I have gone shirted so long? Or where can I find ur raw workouts to build mine fast!!! There is a Law Enforcement Tourny coming up in Rhode Island in a couple months and If I could get 35lbs on my bench I think I can take 1st!!! (Nice shoulder press by the way!!)

my shirted and raw bench training is pretty much the same. Only i spend more time out the shirt, doing more brd work

The article Karsten posted is exactly what I did for my raw bench. It is the program that pushed me to the 600 which I chased for years. My raw and shirted training is completely different. Although I maintain some raw training now while training in gear, I could not hit a 600 competition style currently. However, my shirted bench is going up dramatically.
