Sorta like a closed grip bench and a skull crusher...IMO there are better tricep exercises than the JM press

To be honest, the JM press is one of the best extensor movements i've found!

I have to agree with Lones. My triceps are fried after a few good sets of JM presses!

What are the better exercises you speak of?
I did the rolling db's extension tonight and think they will stay in for a bit. I've had problems getting the JM press form down.

Rolling db extensions are great. I have used them with great success. However, it was JM presses that helped me finally get my 600 raw.

Did you do them like JM explains is the video or more like Louie does them? I feel it way more around the elbow whem doing them to the neck area.
I will keep trying the JM press, I think I've tried them both ways. Probably need to start light and get the mechanics down. I did the rolling db's yesterday, trying to keep up with another guy 55's, dropped to 40's and really started to feel the groove.
Gotta check the ego sometimes. I may do squats with him today. I really don't like not being able to keep up, maybe it will push me to get stronger.

Anyone got a video of these "rolling db extensions"?
