My son is 15 years old and he is trying to establish a work out routine that would help him in Spring Lacrosse
We do not have access to a gym unfortunatley
But i do have a treadmill , a eliptical machine and a Rower in our basement
I have a core ball and many dumbells and alot of resistance bands from Jump Stretch
Just trying to get some feed back/ help from the members so that i can put together a decent program that he will not get board with and get him in shape for the up comming season
