I'm bulking right now, and this is what I've been eating. I've been putting in about 350 grams of protein and 400 grams of carbs. Is this too many carbs?
Meal 1: Whole eggs, banana, protein shake
Meal 2: Kashi hot cereal, yoplait light yogurt, apple
Meal 3: Trail Mix bar, string cheese, grapefruit, sandwich,
vegetables
Meal 4: Yoplait light yogurt, string cheese, trail mix bar, kashi
cereal (This is my pre-w/o meal)
Meal 5: Post W/O: Protein shake, chicken breast, rice,
vegetable
Meal 6: Protein Shake, fruit
