Hi guys, as the tittle says I'm just tired of making the wrong choices and being fat.
I've decided it's time to change my life back, lose weight and get into better shape.
I am from Brazil where the basic everyday food is rice and beans.
So most of my meals all contain rice and beans plus meat of some source.
I know this is a lot of carbs and it needs to stop, so here's what I'm thinking:

My diet plan and exercise plan:

5:00 am 15 to 20 min. on Eliiptical
5:30 am Black coffe with splenda + cereal and skim milk.
8:30 am Veggie omelet with coffe and splenda
12:30pm Salad: lettuce, tomato, green olives, grilled chicken breast and a table spoon cesar dressing.
3:00 pm A few nuts
6:30 pm P90x dvd I'll try to do one dvd a day (back and chest, legs, abs, Chest and tri's etc). about an hour of exercise each dvd.
8:00 pm Dinner salad with fish and chicken breast.

I'm also thinking of taking supplements to help me lose weight and be helthy:
Here's what I'm thinking:

flax seed oil pill
Mega Men multivitamin
Eas lite protein shake
Lipo 6 thermogenics
Fish oil pill

And finally try to get some sleep.

Please let me know how I could make this plan more efficient.

Thank you for your support!

that looks pretty good. but i wouldn't take the lipo 6, take CLA with your meals instead.
it seems intense, but if your dedicated and can stick with it, go for it! let us know how it works out!

I've heard of the benefits of CLA but had forgotten.

I will do that. Should I take one with every meal? 3 or 6 CLA pills total?

Please let me know.

Thank you!

Start tracking what you eat and shrink your portions. Just make sure you're getting in enough protein and the rest will take care of itself.

That's one of the things I need to pay attention: portion size.

Any good sites that i can use to keep track of my eating and training?

Let me know!

Tx!!!

Protein looks low. Flax oil is far less effective then fish oil.

Eat less and exercise more. I'd love to see you stick to your plan, but chances are, you won't. Exercise isn't your forte. Instead of changing your whole life, eat less. Replace carbs with protien, but just eat less and exercise more. It doesn't get any simpler than this.

Absolutely correct my friend there's no magic pill to solve this problem. Us heavy people know how to lose weight but takes a lot of discipline and big balls to do it. I'm on my way to.
