I've searched everywhere for some more information on HIIT and I couldn't find any suggested schedule for HIIT training.

I plan on jumping rope for HIIT but i don't know for how long I should be doing each part, could anyone help me?

I'm 18 years old,178cm (5.8 1/2ft) tall and weigh around 64 kg(141lb) I'm pretty slim but I got some fat deposits around my waist and the like so I figured HIIT would be the way to go.

Ideas? Suggestions? Tips? Encouragement :D ?

also with a jump rope you could try to do a set number of double unders and then rest for a set time, say 30 doubleunders/15 seconds rest, then repeat until you feel like death.

Alright I'll check that out, is there any specific time i should do it (like before workout after workout)?

I wouldn't mix cardio with weights but then again thats just me (I'd do cardio at a seperate time that is)
