Me and my step dad just finished this.

My 5 year old girl trying to be super strong, she can even deadlift 70 lbs total using an oly bar.

my step dad who helped me build this and my boards and boxes, and pretty much any equipment i can want.

this tire i a tractor trailer tire that weighs like 80 lbs. It was tougher than i thought to pull but was definantly better than running on the treadmill.

Nice work dude. Theres nothin like making equipment yourself. I made my sled as well.

That is what we use. We call it the tire-o-death!!!! Wait until you pull it on some hot asphalt.

Very nice! We have several of those in the gym - good to have in a neighborhood also since it's quieter for those picky neighbors ;)

thats awesome. i actually just got the stuff to make one today. The tire is small it only weights like 40lbs or something like that though.

I made mine out of a $6 piece of steel.

PROTIP: buy some playground sand/sandbags/anything like that. easy, adjustable weight.
