How did you rig up the dumbbells? I am nowhere near needing to do it for dips, but for belt squats I am well past the 120lb dumbbell and am looking for ideas.

I use a good, thick dip belt. Then, I just wrap the belt around the dumbbells and fasten the lock.

I don't heavy dips that often because it does put a lot of physical stress on the elbows.
