Metrx, EAS, Desiger, Optimum, use them all, all are pretty effective as long as its not some off the wall company. :D:D

currently im using designer, but i see some extremely cheap prices for optimum....is there any reason to pay double the price?...honestly im askin here, cause i feel ripped off buying designer, if optimum is goin to do the same thing!

I'm taking OPtimum too, is this stuff any good. I just started working out about 2 months ago after a 2 year absence. I'm taking protein, creatine, boldione(andro), amino acids, and a multi vitamin. I also take ephedra every once in a while. I'm trying to lose fat ab=nd gain muscle at the same time. I lift 4 days a week and do cardio 3 times. IS there anything else I can do? Thanks

100% Whey from Optinum. Their chocolate flavour when blended with milk is fantastic. I actually wanna drink it slowly (most of the time I just wanna chuck down any shakes as quickly as possible)

american whey is the ******* best protein ever. tastes so damn good especially chocolate. 20 bucks for 3 lbs.

met-rxx and myoplex r good too but AW rocks:)

I have vanilla optimum whey and it's disgusting. I am not taking it anymore it's so sick. I've tried it with milk and water. Still tastes $hitty.

My favorite flavor is the vanilla mummy.
Any company that grinds up the undead and puts them into plastic sacks for meatheads to consume for protein is ace in my book. Deliciously hideous.
