Sure do. They are dirt cheap, buy some and try for yourself.

Definitely. My tolerance is pretty high though, I have to take 3 pills (200mg each) to even feel anything now.

Yeah, I figured that would happen to me so I only took half a pill starting out (it was enough to get me through) and I try to only take them pre workout and even then only if I feel like I need a boost. I can still get a good rush off one pill now, and I've been using them for two years or so.

Anything more than about 80 mg of caffeine has the opposite affect on me, get's me focused but takes away my intensity and explosiveness.
Then again I have ADHD so there's a lot of wierd stuff about me.

I'm so insensitive to that stuff that I actually took 1000mg and then took a nap. It's stupid.

is it just me or do people not care about their health, not trying to insult any one by the way but diet pills and caffeine pills imo are not needed.
I'm curious to hear what people have to say.

2 Monsters would be 104g of sugar. That could be where the energy boost comes from.

Maybe not needed, but they can help provide a pre-workout energy boost for a lot of people.

Not needed?, ok...I can agree with that, but very helpful to my workout? definitely.

I take 2 tablets before my workouts and they work great. Ive tried NO Xplode, etc. and caffeine pills are by far more effective and cheaper.

It must suck to take that much caffeine in a day. I go with about a half a cup of coffee every morning, and I'm set for the day. That usually includes me either working 8 hours, or up at college all day to come home and still have the energy to lift.

Vitamins don't produce energy they help release it.

And Caffeine pills are very cost effective. I limit myself to one a day.

No just don't take more than needed thinking you'll be that much more energized. It sucks.

I use them to stay awake at school/church.

25mg of ephedrine+200mg of caffeine is quite a kick if you're not used to it.

Coffee and Monsters for me, never tried the pills. Too much caffeine pre-workout though and I start getting nauseous and breaking out in a cold sweat.

I don't drink coffee, or any pill or caffeine drinks. I think thats the worst thing you can do. I get good rest, lift in the morning, and luckily never needed it.
