Please don't waste your money on either methoxyln or cell tech. The theory and science behind both is totally bogus.

I'll start first with methoxy. A lot of trivial suppliment companies invested a lot of money in methoxy before there was any signifigant research done on the product. When the results came back and it was totally crap these companies should have been out a lot of money. Instead they falsified all of these claims and pushed the product anyways. As a generaly rule, I wouldn't buy anything from a company that pushes methoxy.

Now for cell tech. The theory behind cell tech was sound. They'd use dextrose to create a huge insulin spike which would drive the creatine into muscle tissue. The problem is that creatine takes about 30 minutes to reach the blood stream at full steam and the insulin spike created by the dextrose is over with in about 10 minutes. Your best bet is to take a cheaper micronized creatine with some hi GI carbs, quality protein, and efa's. The protein and fat should broaden the insulin spike enough for it to aid in driving the creatine in to muscle tissue.
