700 Deadlift Finally

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahoooooooooooo...just pulled 700 tonight at a bodyweight of 206. 2nd time Ive done this in training, but yet to do it in competition. Very Excited!!!

I wish I could video tape my lifting but I don't. I wasn't suppose to go for 700, was scheduled for 675, but it flew up so quick, I figured, why not. Hard to pull that much after making weight at 198 though, but we'll see in a couple of weeks. Thanks for the congrats.

Final pull before the meet and I stopped at 675. I squatted heavy on Monday and Friday, then the following Monday pulled which was yesterday. Lower back was way beat up. I DID get a video of that lift as I promised, I'll post it on Friday when I get back in town along with my training partners pull. He pulled 585 at 207, and he is 63 years old. Craziness I tell ya. I had both lifts video'd this time around.
