I am a hefty 225 with a 41" gut and I just squatted 528 and left a **** stain on the floor.

What more can a kid ask for?

It depends how strong i get in the next two years. I have very good coaching and parents who are willing to support me in every single way financially, housing, food, equipment etc.

Everything is layed out for me... It'r just a matter of me having the balls to take them far.

Sure is, I guess now we maintain leg strength cause it's as high as it needs to be and spend the energy on speed.

Something like that, very high frequency.

Infact... I double day for the next two weeks, then an easy week, then i travel off to Melbourne to compete.
