There are no powerlifting feds to my knowledge that allow straps for deadlifting.

Isn't that Ernie Frantz federation letting people use straps? or did that die out

I think they pulled that. Initially they were letting people use elbow wraps on the bench and straps on the deadlift, but last I heard they pulled those two things. Either way, Ernie's fed never really came to much
