1-3-09 training session.
Worked up to a PR in just squat briefs and then tried reverse band to overload the top...
made me shake quite a bit, I think it might work better with a little less band assistance.

Yeah dude give the monster minis a try with the reverse bands. nice work.

Thanks lones, I was thinking maybe bounce between minis, monsters, and light bands. The greens just force you to use much more weight than you can really squat.
