Well my diet was absolutely terrible through 08, and well most my life. I have been getting things in check this past week really. I have stopped smoking everything, so we'll see where this takes me. You guys ever wonder what someone would look like at 6'5" 182lbs, around 5-6% bf ?? Comments appreciated.

for 6'5 amd 182 lbs you look well rounded. it's got to be a bitch to gain weight at the height. good luck to you.

You are a tall guy, but very light weight. You look even rounded though. But good luck on your journey. Remember, never give up!

I'm almost exactly your height and weight, but much more bodyfat on me. I would bet money you're at least 10% though, it just stretches out more on us tall people.
You look great, but put on some weight. I'll race you to 225. I'm trying to reach it by the end of 2009.

Best of luck to you bud. Most guys would be lucky to be at a "new start" looking that lean and defined.

Great work man! You look closer to 10% I think.

Looking good. Nice to see some one else the same height around here! If you are looking to get bigger, my mother-in laws food will do that. I put on 30 lbs over a year and a half.... Granted it all wasn't good.

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only tall one here...I'm also around 6'5, however I weigh in at 212 lbs. What's your routine like? I need a change.

Got a lot of frame to fill in, lol - but don't rush it...impressive with just the height alone, need at least 30lbs.
