Ok so basicly im 6'4 and weigh 93kg after starting out at around 80kg when i first started lifting. But now ive reached a stage where i just cant seem to put on any more weight, ive been at the same stage for almost 3 weeks now.

I know it seems obiouse just eat more but i physicly cant, im currently eating around 4000 cals a day, 5000 on a good day but i just dont have the time or stomach for anymore, so i was just wondering if you guys had any foods you would recomend that are relativly cheap?

Im still making good strength gains so atm im not majorly concerned but im worried if i stick at this weight ill stop improving....

They'res really no secret foods - you simply have to get more food in. If that means eating til you feel like you're going to puke, resting and then eating more then so be it.

I've found it helpful to sometimes take a day off of stuffing myself. Just eat as I feel like it and then get back on it the next day.

Honestly, occasionally guys can build up a good bit of intestinal bulk that disrupts their ability to eat excess. A day off can help let things clear out so to speak haha

When I started eating a lot of oatmeal, I found that help me break through the plateau I was at. The other thing is to slowly increase your caloric intake. It may be as simple as starting with 3 egg whites. Then a week or two later add another one, a week or two another and so on. That way, you gradually stretch your stomach. I find, for me, that I pick one food for a period of time and slowly build that one up.

McDonalds shakes. 1000 calories each.

use gas-x, they will free up some of the internal gas and bloat allowing for more food.

That and just stick with it, eventually your stomach will adjust

milk, ice cream and desert are my 'easy' calories. Once my belly's full I just eat anything that isn't solid basically. Supplements could be an idea.
