I'm running out of "stuff" to mix them with. I'm one of those people that gets tired of eating the same food all the time... Anyone have some good concoctions?

steak?

If you have not had a steak and egg breakfast burrito..you're missing out on one of lifes simple pleasures.

Add to that some chili, red/green or both and you're set.

I usually throw a lot of veggies into the eggs -- spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc... Then, a healthy dose of Tapatio.

Cook up some ground beef in a pan then add in the eggs when it's about done cooking. Then throw in some cheese for the last thirty seconds or so and voila.

Just about everything goes with eggs.
leftover meats
canned salmon
mushrooms
all cheeses (you could vary cheeses forever)
all kinds of veggies
lots of condiments (dijon is good, many people just love ketchup, ketchup is bad though)
quiches and souffles

I mix 3 raw eggs, milk, 2 cups of chocolate protein in a blender. Takes some time getting used to but after some time you can add other flavors. cheers!

i've tried this before - except w/ egg-beaters....pretty damn good. chocolate-blueberry is a pretty good flavor for me.

eggs and honey works for me after a good workout when glycogen stores are low, so you get quick protein and carbs.

18 eggs/scrambled
1 pkg. turkey breakfast sausage cooked
1 pkg. tortillas
cheese(as much as you like)

Get the sausage and eggs cooked ahead of time (it only takes 15 min.) and throw them in a tortilla and nuke them. I make these all the time with some salsa or ketchup and it's quick and easy and I get about 3-4 eggs per day for breakfast. Plus with the shredded cheese piled on your getting a lot of good protein and fats!

Try ground beef or turkey with taco seasoning in your eggs. We also make homeade sloppy joe's and throw that in with eggs. Homeade chili. Basically when we cook one of those meals we make extra meat and either freeze it to use another time or keep it in the fridge to mix in with our morning eggs. This way we don't have to do any extra cooking in the morning. Nice change of flavor and extra protein.
