Dips: 12
ATF Sqauts: 135 x 5. 185 x 5, 185 x 5
Dips: 10, 10
Chins: 4, 4, 4
Deads (no straps): 225 x 1, 275 x 1, 315 x .75 (overhand), 315 x 1 (mixed, imediately after)
DB Shrugs: 85 x 5
DB Curls: 35 x 5

I have decided to switch to a full body routine for the next while. I have been working two jobs and as a result have not been going to the gym consistantly. The focus of the routine will be squats, deads, dips and chins. I will also add a couple auxilary exercises each workout to keep things interesting. I hope to be deadlifting four plates sometime this summer or sooner. I must also remember to bring straps next time I go to the gym.

Deadlifts: 135 x 5, 225 x 3, 275 x 1, 315 x 1, 365 x 1, 315 x 1, 315 x 1, 225 x 1, 225 x 5
DB Shrugs: 90's x 7, 95's x 5

Deadlifts are coming along nicely considering I've only done them 3 or 4 times in the last year and never above 275. Four plates is within reach!

Do low reps work for you? Just curious.
Impressive weights BTW.

So far low reps are working pretty good. I was doing lower reps a couple months ago but with a much longer TUT (~50 - 60 secs per set) So if I did 6 reps each rep would last around 10 seconds. Just recently I've speed up my tempo but have kept the reps low. I like it. I still lift with control, just nowhere near as slow. Another reason I'm trying lower reps is that my lifts are pretty pathetic for my weight. I would like to remedy that. Plus I'm lazy and low reps take less outta me. :)
BTW thanks for the compliment.
