ATF Sqauts: 135 x 5. 185 x 5, 185 x 5
Dips: 10, 10
Chins: 4, 4, 4
Deads (no straps): 225 x 1, 275 x 1, 315 x .75 (overhand), 315 x 1 (mixed, imediately after)
DB Shrugs: 85 x 5
DB Curls: 35 x 5
I have decided to switch to a full body routine for the next while. I have been working two jobs and as a result have not been going to the gym consistantly. The focus of the routine will be squats, deads, dips and chins. I will also add a couple auxilary exercises each workout to keep things interesting. I hope to be deadlifting four plates sometime this summer or sooner. I must also remember to bring straps next time I go to the gym.
