Well lately alot of people have been commenting on my feet and how they pivot. For example, when I squat down my toes point out the lower I go, creating a "v" shape, so when I am going down it makes it unstable. Vice versa, as I go up my feet then return back to there starting posistion. Now at first this really didn't seem to be to much of a problem, but now with heavier weight I feel as I am going down I am not as stable/balanced as I should be, and if I am not balanced going down I certainly wont be balanced or in control going back up.
So what could I do to fix this issue? I have tried leaning back more on my heals so my feet won't be able to pivot but then I feel like I will tip backwards. Anyone have any suggestions for me.
Thanks in advance.:hello:
