Hey whats up everyone! Haven't been on here for awhile so thought I would put up some updated pics! Since last pics, I have switched up routines quite a bit, sticking with the same one for at least 4-6 weeks, then switch. Trying to always give my body something new. Still only on N-Large for protein, and now trying superpump 250 by gaspari. Not a big fan of super pump though, gonna go back to Trac from MHP. Only other thing I tried within the time was SARMs my MHP. Let me know what ya think.

I was 185 then, 193 now! Not alot of weight gain, but getting better at eating more. My max bench then was 315 I believe, now it is 405 (That is both 1 rep max, raw), My Squat and Deadlift has also went up, but I have never maxed out on either. Best I've done on Deads is 325 x 4, and squats are 315 x 10! Forgot to get updated leg shot will try to get one soon. Let me hear the pros and cons! Thanks

Damn! you have a great physique, awesome progress. Without seeing any leg pics, the only thing that looks to be lacking is your lats. Keep it up!

Thanks for the feed back fellas! It's appreciated. I agree, I fo have to work more on my Lats, also want to bulk up the shoulders. Anything you guys recommend for lifts to reach that goal

Pullups(weighted if you can) and heavy rows (barbell, cable, etc) would be my suggestion. Pullups have really done it for me though.

Haven't measured anything lately, at the time of original pics my arms were 17.5".

I have to ask, how did you manage to keep your stomach in check while putting on that size? I am doing well with building mass, but starting to get a little flab on the gut.

I dont do any cardio and eat a ton to support my growth.

Any Advice?

I think I can help with this. L3THAL is what I think you would call a hard-gainer. In that he has to eat a LOT to gain weight. Therefore when he ups his intake and ups his intensity/weights while lifting he will get some good size gains with very little fat gains. His brother was very much the same in that he started eating like crazy and lifting big and he got huge in a short period of time. They are gifted.

Thanks Tuef! It is really hard for me to gain weight. To be honest, my wholelife I have always had definition in my stomach and haven't really gained any size(fat) around it. I only do abs once a week, but am going to up it soon. Dont do any cardio cause for my goal, Im afraid that I will lose to much weight doing it. I can lose weight and not do anything. My metabolism is F'd. Therefore I just have to try and work a little harder to get to where I wanna be. No advice really Bro
