i was just looking at what i drink, and i didn't realize how many calories are in liquid?!?!

i drink blackcurrant juice, which is juice 1:4 water, and in just one 250ml glass (so only 50ml of juice) was 133 kcal...

not only that, but the obvious milk, there are tons of calories in that too...

just goes to show how many calories people really can consume

Yeah and that juice has a lot of carbs whereas at least with milk you've got protein and fat.

There are plenty of people in America that don't even know there are calories or carbs in drinks..

I'm sure there are plenty of people worldwide.

What surprised me was that there are about 100 calories in a shot of vodka. It seems like such a little amount of liquid...

Calories contained in any alcoholic drink that's over 80 proof doesn't count. It's some really complicated special circumstance that I can't recall in its entirety. I do remember that it has something to do with the metric system.

Also, remember to drink so much you black out. If you don't remember it, it didn't happen.

Also, one beer has like 100 calories, 5 beers has 500, 10 has 1000, 15 has 1500...etc, but 20+ beers have 0 calories. Or one beer that you chase with some bad oyster...
