High calorie shake

Im lookin for a recipe to making a high calorie shake but would also like it to be quite low in fat aswell. Any recipes or links to recipes would be greatly appreciated.

Do a search on the "Bako Shake™".

A lot of WBB members have tried it and have praised it. I must warn you though, it's over 2,500 calories of goodness.:omg:

If you don't think you can handle it - try the Baby Bako Shake (you simply cut the Bako Shake into 2 servings).

I might try the bako shake. My only concern though is that by eating so many calories i will get fat. Will i get fat or not.

Buy some weight gainer/protein called ISO Mass xtreme weight. If taken with milk, it is right at 1000 calories.
