hi guys, i jus joined this forum in the search of some answers. firstly a bit bout myself. ive been training pretty solidly for jus over a year now, with results to show, but onli recently began to take my diet seriously. i wudnt describe myself as fat, jus a bit of excess in places lol and especially the gut. however, my problem is this. i read alot of how those looking to bulk up should eat, eat, eat. but how can u balance this so that u get bigger all over from muscle build up and not just getting fatter. hopefully this isnt to obscure to understand
any help wud be greatly recieved.

You will get fatter when you bulk. That's why you go on a cut afterward so that you *try* to keep all the muscle you gained on your bulk whilst shedding body fat.
