I need help losing weight. I'm 6'1" and about 235. Probably 20-25% body fat. I would like to be about 200-205. What would be a good workout and diet program? Are there any diet pills that are actually good? Anything will be appreciated. Thanks

Neat. A 14 year old giving lifting advice using ****ty grammar and insisting that he lifts twice a day. Thanks for giving us the bad name.

Besides that point, however, really try to do a bunch of cardio. Also, don't think lifting heavy is going to make you fatter. It may make you gain some weight, but ultimately, will make you stronger and in the long run, skinnier. Try doing some running, cardio, crunches and ab workouts, and the big 3. Big 3 for me is Squat, Bench, and Powerclean. However, some substitute powerclean for deadlift. Deadlift may be better for you. Also, remember a healthy diet will do wonders.

OOOOO
What a burn from your fellow 14 year old
I may be weaker and smaller than you, but even *I* know its bad to workout twice a day, every day. Heck, I know a bodybuilder who works out twice a day, but only diff. body parts and on occasion only.

Yeah pills are no good. I have tried them before. I think that they have more of a psychological affect. They may make you think that you need to eat better. Either way, have you ever seen the commercials and read the fine print. The average person loses like 3 lbs of bodyfat in a 2 month study.......WOW, what great results! Honestly, don't waste your money. Just put in the work and eat healthy. It may be a long road, but it will be well worth it. Good Luck
