i recently bought protein for the 1st time. is it all suppose 2 dissolve into milk or just some of it.Can somebody help cos it doesnt taste nice when half of it is floating on the top?

Buy a shaker, you'll need to make plenty of protein drinks and it's much easier with a shaker. You can mix your protein with milk or water.

any 1 any ideas on how to make it taste nice. its chocolate flavour(well, suppose to be) but it makes me feel sick

I'm hoping you bought that in the 1/2 price sale! For nasty protein powders I would recommend ice cream topping

Yeah, if the stuff tastes really bad throw in a little ice cream topping syrup, I like toffee myself - its basically just sugar so its no big deal to use a little - needs to be mixed in well though.

i did train in bury,but they lacked equipment so i bought some stuff for at home. i am a student

The holland and barrett stuff all tastes like *****. Ok you got it in half price sale, but in future just pay the extra and get some from decent company as this makes it taste pretty good. The best tasting stuff i have found to date is pure whey by prolab, you can get 5lbs for 31 squid from these guys (http://www.affordablesupplements.co.uk)

Creatine always tastes like crap. I mix it with blackcurrant. As long as creatine monohydrate is at least 99% pure you are ok with the H&B stuff. Check out that previous link after all today is student loan day ;) (well yesterday was technically)
