Where could I buy a box for a fairly cheap price, or what could I make one out of for box squats?

You could make one easy out of 2x4s and some flat pieces of wood. It is pretty simple...

Lol that's a good idea, I never think of the simple things, i'm gonna look it up myself but do you know about how much that would cost? Not sure how high I want the box yet but probably a couple inches below parallel and i'm 5'6".

Just go to Home Depot and get some plywood and 2x4's, you'll probably spend less than $20.

I would reccomend building a series of smaller ones, like a couple 6 inch boxes, then some 2 inch ones and maybe have a couple pieces of plywood left over for 1 pieces. gives you some versatility.

Or just a big one and several pieces of plywood for adjustments. By big I mean like 12 inches or so then ply wood up to whatever.

Yup. Just inch pieces of plywood on top of a 12 in. box.

Don't make the box a perfect cube. Make the sides differnt lengths, that way you can get 3 different heights from one box.. just depending on which side you turn it.

Definitely dont need to build it the way I did, but this might give you an idea. Mine is really sturdy and will last a long time.
