I was just not feeling it tonight until the weight got heavy. Rhodes reminded me it's just like a meet, you never know how you will feel. I put my heart into it tonight. Guys from SSG, thanks for the help tonight. Also, I don't thank AtLarge and Inzer enough. Great products produce great results.

THAT WAS RIDICULOUS!!!! The speed that you hit 900 with was just as fast as your other sets!!

Vincent you are the man. I am just so impressed. Great work man. Thanks for posting that

I let everyone down and I feel bad. I cut that the 900 video off way too early.

the 825 looked like a DE bench lol.

I like how Rhodes always makes you hold the weight awhile afterwards to make sure you've really locked out (it would be impossible to hold it there if you weren't). But I must say there's something strange about your elbows man... Even when you are locked out it looks like their kinked or something. I've noticed this in about all of your vids.

So was that your idea of speed work, Vin? :omg: Wow, that is just incredible. And I agree with Hazerboy in that I like how Rhodes gives you the press command and make you hold the weight at the top before he gives you the rack command. Great preparation for a meet. Awesome work as always, Vincent!

For the love of God, Vinnie. You made 900 pounds look so easy. This has got to be your best video yet. Just insane.

I think I'm gonna go throw on my phenom and bench a couple cars.

Thanks guys. I really appreciate the kind words. I am doing everything right for this upcoming meet. It's a hard road, but you all know that. I can't imagine being in a better place a month out from competing.

That's as far as they go.

Thats what I always figured, from what I've heard you just can't gold that kind of weight near the top weighout it being locked out. Its just impossible.

Have you elbows always kind of been like that vincent or just since you've gained more muscle, or is it an injury thing?

Moreso than the bench I'm impressed with the holds Vin. Holding it that long at the top puts amazing pressure on your elbows, wrists, and tri's. I can't imagine sitting there with it like you do. Hell 800 feels like it's going to crush me when I'm done let alone 900. Awesome job. I really need to buck up and drive up there to train with you guys one weekend.

I just get really annoyed with the whole lockout thing. Anyone with a question should take max weight and try to hold it out above your face not locked out. I have gone to ortho's and pt's to try to correct this thing with my elbows. It was a waste of time. It's just my body. Here is vid of my raw bench and you will see the same thing. 550 is far from my max and it's exactly how the rest of my benches look at lock. Man I was fat for this raw meet. 328.5 lbs. baby!

Thanks Tone. It's just what I have to do to shut some people the "f" up. So I have to do what others don't.

Let's get in touch for that raw talk soon.

Great board holding technique on the 900. It's all about the board-holder.

Very disappointed in DD for missing the post-lift tirade on the video. I hope he learned.

But in all seriousness, you look as good as you ever have Vin. It's really coming together.

Is it legal to be that strong? I think you should have to carry some kind of permit around for being able to bench 900 lbs., that way you don't kill anyone just by touching them.

Guys you make me feel great about my lifting and you sure make me laugh. Thanks I really appreciate it.

Was it like his incline bench video? That is one of my favorite lifting celeys ever.

Not only that but every other lift I recorded for him I would linger at the end hoping for something awesome, such as what happened. I straight up choked.
