Here's my shameful stats....you'll notice in my pics the remnants of what was once a nicely built body...
31 yrs old
5'9"
215lbs
51 inch shoulders
45 inch chest
41 inch waist
I have more stats, but those are the only ones I care about...

The main target I am looking at is getting my waistline back to the 35 inches (or lower) that it once was.
I figure dropping about 15-20lbs will do it because I plan to do alot of cardio and circuit training....throw in a couple weeks of power lifting, and of course keep the diet clean (I miss cheeseburgers already)

You cant really "throw in a couple weeks of powerlifting"
Id go with a basic split that has you squatting 2x a week, like Starting Strength. You can add in HIIT on off days 1-2x a week.
This is probably your best course of action.
