So I want to try sheiko, but only for the bench press. What # routine should I go with? I was thinking about 29 since it's suggested for those, like me, who haven't done it before.
And when I was looking the routine over I noticed it has "bench press" listed twice under one day...

Monday

Bench

50% 5x1, 60% 4x2, 70% 3x2, 75% 3x5

Squat

50% 5x1, 60% 5x2, 70% 5x5

Bench

50% 5x1, 60% 5x1, 70% 4x4

Flies

10x5

Good mornings

5x5

So you bench, squat and then bench again?

Go to BMF Sports where there is a forum dedicated to Sheiko. Both Dave Bates and Eric Talmant post over there and can give you a specific bench only routne. The one you reference above is a full powerlifting routine.
