So I want to try sheiko, but only for the bench press. What # routine should I go with? I was thinking about 29 since it's suggested for those, like me, who haven't done it before.
And when I was looking the routine over I noticed it has "bench press" listed twice under one day...
Monday
Bench
50% 5x1, 60% 4x2, 70% 3x2, 75% 3x5
Squat
50% 5x1, 60% 5x2, 70% 5x5
Bench
50% 5x1, 60% 5x1, 70% 4x4
Flies
10x5
Good mornings
5x5
So you bench, squat and then bench again?
