Hello everyone, I'm new here as you can tell.
I'm looking for a little help.
Just a little background about me.
I'm currently 16 years old, 6' tall, 260 pounds.
I run a 5.4 in the 40 yard dash.
My max on bench is 215.
My max on squat is 325.
My max on cleans is 195.
Basically my story is I started out at 185 pounds a year and a half ago, I was really weak and football made me a good bit stronger.
At the end of the season I was 240 pounds and allot stronger.
My appetite went crazy during football and I felt the urge to eat every 3 hours, and I still have this appetite.
I quit after a while because I picked up a job for a little while and I stopped working out completely, for about a year.
I recently got into a weightlifting class at my school and I really want to bust my ass hard and become leaner and stronger.
This is where you guys come in.
- How many calories does my body need just to function?
- How many calories do I need on hard workout days?
- I eat allot of junk, what kind of foods should I look at?
- I was thinking about trying some NO2 Shotgun or some superpump for really heavy days.
Goals in the next 18 weeks
- Increase my bench max by as much as possible
- Shave some time off of my 40 yard dash
- Lose fat, gain muscle
- Lose some of this big belly of mine
