Beastly benching Rob!!

Your partner is pretty damn strong too and not built at all to bench. His elbows are like below the bench in the bottom position, lol.

Lol, you SMOKED that 495 x 2! You also handled the 605 very nicely! Was that all the same day? If so, you could double the 605 without the floor presses first (if that is how you did it).

Given where you began to slow down, I'd throw some bands in there. Maybe some doubled monster minis if you have them. Work up to a single and see where you're at.

The bands would really start to kick in around where you stalled with that second rep with 605

Again, sweet job man.You know I was thinking about doing some bands next week and do chains for speed.

yea that was in the same day. I know I could double it but I want to do it fatigued that way I know I could use it as a opening weight. Also Results has really helped my strength too Chris.

yea that was in the same day. I know I could double it but I want to do it fatigued that way I know I could use it as a opening weight. Also Results has really helped my strength too Chris. Do you use the results as directed? One of my training partners takes it in the morning, have you experimented with it at all? Sick vid by the way, true monster
