A few months back I posted about having a weakness in my right tricep. Since then I have worked through this by using the West side technique and concentrating on compound use of the triceps not isolation exercises.

This has helped build up equal strength on both sides (on my bench).

My bench has jumped nearly 50lbs since then.

Also with the help of west side my dead lifts have gone up by 70lbs.

My front squat has also rocketed.

The only sticking point is my back squat which seems to be going nowhere. Possibly because I am concentrating on technique.

I used to do thigh parallel followed by ATG squats followed by Front squats.
But found the ATG squats killed my knees. So I removed these.

Will hit 1000 lbs soon.
