uhh i guess i post my journal here..im new to this site so let me know if im doing something wrong...feel free to give me any tips, shoutouts, etc..

so i've been weightlifting seriously since about september 2008 and i've seen some pretty good gains...im 19 years old, 5'6 to 5'7 and about 160 lbs.

i left my journal in my locker so ill probably write my starting stats later..

this was my workout yesterday 1/12/09:

Flat Bench:
195x1
175x7
155x8

Incline Bench:
135x8
145x5
155x3 (the last rep i had help)

Decline Bench:
155x7
165x3
155x8

Fly's on the machine
180x6
180x6
200x4

I felt oddly weak yesterday for some reason cuz i usually get 10 reps on decline at 155 but ill try again next week..I will post my diet for my next entries...btw i have been off protein supplements for the last couple months and thats when i got A LOT stronger. it seems odd to me but its working so i can't complain...i will put in an entry later in the day when i finish my workout!
