I was wondering what's the best things I could buy from GNC to boost my muscle mass, and gain weight at the same time. It just seems like i'm getting ripped from lifting and not getting much bigger.

Just eat more food. Don't waste your money on supplements.

Thanks for the quick response.

Someone else said the same thing, actually. I'm just not sure what kind of fatty foods to buy. What do you think I should buy? I'm not too sure, because it's really hard for me to gain weight.

It doesn't need to be fatty foods, just eat a lot. Peanut butter, beef, rice, ice cream, milk are some good foods to eat if you want to put on some mass.

What's the limit on what you are willing to do to put on weight (eating wise that is).
I went into college at about 125 lbs. Sophomore year I got sick of being 5'11" and drifting between 130-135 range. So I started adding a cup of canola oil to my protein shakes. Instant 1900 calories or so If I remember right.
Granted it was pretty digusting, but my metabolism was like that of a hummingbird back then.

I'm at 6'0 150 now, and I'm hoping to add on 15 pounds.

consume a good amount of meat (steak, chicken breast, dark chicken meat if you must, turkey, [tuna], etc)
whole foods like wheat bread, deli bread, rice, and oatmeal are very fulfilling and pack plenty calories
eat a lot of eggs and drink milk
no need to eat crap foods like McDonald's to gain weight. Instead, eat a nice foot long sandwich at subway of your choice and throw everything in you see in sight.

Don't be eating a lot of spam because its high in calories! Use some common sense and you'll gain size eventually.

Don't use metabolism as an excuse. Unless you have some kind of genetic disorder, you can and will gain weight by eating more food. Don't be afraid to eat junk food sometimes. Fast food sandwiches are high in calories and they taste good, so go for it.
