Ok.. I got 5 weeks or more left of this... (depending on if I decide to get a little extra goodies...) whats your guys take on this... right now I"m eatin like this...

Carbs: 400-450 g/ day
Protein: 400+ g/day
Fat: No clue in Hell, though its enough i'm sure.

Anyone got any ideas on calorie dense foods? I'm eatin a $hitload of oatmeal, tuna, turkey, beef when i get a chance, whey, peanut butter, 2 whole eggs daily and bread..... Gimme some ideas if ya can. Thanks

A couple of big as$ scoops of peanut butter blended in milk. Tastes nasty, but you'll get used to it. You can get the taste out of your mouth with a swig of flax. Each shake is usually anywhere from 600-1000 cals, depending on how thick you make it. It's great for some fast cals.

Cereal can be downed quite easily and it has a lot of calories in it. Like 150 on average per 3/4 cup....You could probably add another 5-600 calories from cereal :) Bread also has a lot of calories in it. Around 120 or so per slice. Throw some pasta in there. Cook hamburgers, the list goes on...

spidey, any meal that is high in fat will be calorie dense.
you are certainly getting enough carbs

hit up hamburgers, milk, peanuts, any kind of nuts, more mayo, pbj sandwiches, any kind of wedges, milkshakes, tacos, burritos, whole grain rice, and so on and so on.

i wish i was bulking right now and it was november. i am cutting rite now for the ******* six pack and i hate cutting.
