Power to you man. Don't get discouraged, I am a little over 16 years old and when I was 15 i MIGHT have been able to get around 125-135 bench max, and i just maxed 205 a few days ago. Stick to it, and don't let anyone bring you down, alot can change fast, and soon enough they will be intimidated by you or at the very least respect you. People are always gonna hate, because thats human nature, but you gotta zone it out or better yet, use it as material to get better. Good luck to you.

Interesting one today... I have lost strength to be sure.
My second lifting set for bench was odd, so close to the last rep, but the last set has to be one of my worst ever...

You're getting to be a strong cat and fast.
I'd go for some 1RM's soon, and post them.
I need to do what you're doing in all honesty. I've just been trying to max weights, but I'm gonna start upping the weights real soon, I hope :)
But you're coming along nicely, just keep it up, you're 15 so testosterone is flowing through you, if you want especially at 5'11 you could FLY up weights. Just eat seriously, LOADS. You've got so much time to worry about your appearance, just get your weight up and your lifts will follow. We're the same height and I weigh almost 90lbs more than you (granted I need to lose about 20lbs, but you're dangerously underweight dude.)
Check my journal out if you'd like and leave a comment :D

yea 20lbs in 4 months is possible. Keep drinking alot of milk and eat alot of meat and other high protein foods. What is your main goal? strength? if so lower your reps to about 5 and up the weight to something you can rep 5 times. It will build more strength faster. Dont let anyone discourage you. Im not the biggest guy so ill be interested in seeing how you progress.

thought i'd try out some maxes as recommended to me... didn't REALLY push myself, but here goes:
bench:
5 x 55

bad records... but i need to update my signature, anyone think of any rough goals to attemp to reach by june? im thinking ~130 bench, ~200 squat, ~270 deadlift... that would mean a 600 total, and im hopin to be at ~150lbs by then...

sup man, about 6 months ago I was in the same boat as you. 135 5'11. Now im almost 180. It can be done pretty easily. Some tips...throw a yogurt and a scoop of icecream in with your shake..I use cytogainer and I fill my shaker up to the rim with milk, probably 3 times as much as they recommend. Keep up the good work.
