So I decided to change my work on Christmas and do P90x for a change, previously I was heavy lifting every other day, however I was sitting right around 240 with mid to high 20s body fat. After three weeks my chest and back are slightly more defined. I am actually up 4 pounds and have lost some size on my arms. After losing 35lbs I m stuck, I ve been stuck around 240 about 5 weeks. I ve been eating 2K-2.5K cals a day, I just dont get why I m not losing weight. What do suggest? My goal weight is to be 200-210.
