Stick with the basics.... creatine, protein powder, multi vitamin, lots of food and a solid weight training routine. Thats what works for nearly everyone. Most other supplements are hit and miss... what will work for you and what wont. These are tried and proven to give you your best results.

thanks man I appreciate it. What should I be taking on my creatine off cycle?
Eat food. Don't waste money on supplements.

Exactly.
BMac - there is no need to cycle creatine. I would go with a quality creatine product like creapure, which is a favorite for most people - a 3 month supply can be bought here for $15 www.atlargenutrition.com
For your weight training routine I would make sure that you are including all of the compound lifts, training to failure, and allowing enough rest for your body.
Supplements are great for giving you a little boost but make sure that you do not neglect diet or training as you will need all three in order if you want optimal results.

The powder is a better value and is easy to mix with some dextrose to improve absoption (powdered gatorade works great, or you can just use grape juice).
Since you only need to take (1) 5 gram serving everyday it is easy to have with breakfast or pre-workout if you stop home to change. Can even keep the powder in your gym bag since the container is relatively small.
Some people prefer pills because they can carry them in their pocket or take them with other pills. It is just personal preference but you get more bang for your buck with the powder.

Don't waste money on Cellmass, that is some overpriced ***** if you ask me. Money is better spent on the proper food your going to need. Whey protein from Vitamin Shoppe is affordable and pretty decent quality. If your going to use creatine, a quality, affordable creatine mono is my reccommendation. Take it post workout with a non acidic high carb and sugar juice like apple juice.
Don't concentrate on what supplement is going to make you have the best results-- Its YOU that will bring the results. If you lift hard and heavy, and make sure you eat right. THEN worry about your creatine etc.
The best supplement to the right foods though, is whey protein isolate.
Judging from some of your posts (this one and the one on taking prohormones as an 18 year old), I think you just need to settle into a very solid nutrition and training program and not worry about details just yet like supplements. I am not one of those people who view protein powders as supplements, but more as food and they make getting your total protein intake higher with greater ease than just eating a gazillion eggs whites, chicken breasts or cottage cheese (all of which I eat... but I can only do so much in any given day).
Eat right, train hard and rest up... and then after doing that a while, if you think you find yourself stalling, work in other supplements. Creatine monohydrate is a good option and fairly inexpensive. Just be sure you get one that is a Creapure certified brand so you can be sure it is not some inferior junk sourced from China.

i just take Wal Mart's Body Fortress protein and have no complaints. It has 52g of protein per serving, relatively low calories, and a good amount of bcaa's. plus its like 15 bucks a tub. vanilla and chochlate are both pretty gross, but i see they recently came out with strawberry and cookies n cream so maybe those are a little better.
